The Summer Institute is open to senior secondary school students who are interested in learning about fascinating topics in different areas from top-notch academics in HKUST.
Eligible students must be holders of HKID who are completing Secondary 4 and Secondary 5 by summer 2012 (i.e., promoting to Secondary 5 and Secondary 6 in the upcoming school year) or equivalent.
Application Period
We accept applications from 1 – 30 April, 2012. Deadline extended – application will close at 5pm on Friday, 4 May 2012.
Applications must be submitted online on or before 30 April, 2012. Due to an overwhelming response to the Summer Institute, the deadline is now extended to 4 May, 2012. However, applications received after 11:59pm, 30 April 2012 will only be considered for second round admissions. Second round results will be released by 15 June, 2012.
